Emrah Ural

Emrah Ural is the RD&E Program Leader at Ecolab, a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life. In this role, Emrah leads complex strategic projects for Ecolab Europe Institutional division, focusing on sustainability, digital, and innovation programs. Emrah is responsible for overseeing the Cradle to Cradle certification process for Ecolab products and supporting teams in designing for sustainability by adhering to Cradle to Cradle principles.

With over a decade of experience in various industries, Emrah has worked with large global companies such as Henkel and 3M, specializing in new product and packaging development, project management, Lean Six Sigma, and sustainability-digital initiatives.

Emrah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Hacettepe University, Turkiye. He is proficient in multiple languages, including Turkish, English, and German.
