Drawing on his extensive background, Ben spent six years at Deloitte, contributing significantly to large-scale technology implementation projects for multinational corporations and nonprofits. His subsequent two-year tenure at Avery Dennison was marked by his instrumental role in developing an IT platform for a recycling program, facilitating efficient waste material returns across Europe. Additionally, he led a global initiative focused on supply chain data collection, ensuring product compliance, and crafting digital product passports. This initiative not only enhanced traceability but also elevated sustainability standards across the organization's product portfolio.
Ben's academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Hogeschool Rotterdam and a Master of Science degree in International Management from Tilburg University.
